Deck overview

Atraxa, Praetors' Voice leads a planeswalker-focused control deck that leverages continuous proliferate triggers to rapidly advance loyalty counters and generate overwhelming battlefield value. The primary game plan establishes early mana acceleration, develops defensive token-generating planeswalkers, and utilizes Atraxa alongside engine pieces like Doubling Season, Oath of Teferi, and Inexorable Tide. The deck secures victory by firing off decisive planeswalker ultimate abilities, using Vraska, Golgari Queen to knock out players with unblockable combat triggers, taking extra turns with Teferi, Timebender and Ichormoon Gauntlet, or grinding out opponents under stax pieces like Nils, Discipline Enforcer and Ashiok, Dream Render.
