Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Izzet spellslinger and storm deck that blends free artifact cheerios with potent spell recursion. Commanded by Prismari, the Inspiration, the list leverages zero-mana artifacts like Lotus Petal, Mox Opal, and Mishra's Bauble to rapidly build storm count, fix mana, and enable metalcraft. The primary win condition centers on resolving Underworld Breach alongside Brain Freeze to mill through the library and escape rituals repeatedly, terminating in table-wide mill or lethal Grapeshot and Crackle with Power. Alternate lines convert mana into huge storms using Storm-Kiln Artist, Urza, Lord High Artificer, or Vivi Ornitier, while the commander itself grants storm to every instant and sorcery. Although the deck lacks format-ceiling fast mana staples and universal black tutors, its redundancy of rituals, cantrips, and uncounterable protection via Hexing Squelcher makes it an explosive threat capable of closing games in a single turn.
