This deck is an Izzet spellslinger storm deck commanded by Prismari, the Inspiration. The primary strategy focuses on developing mana rocks and velocity early, setting up a decisive Turn 5 storm turn. Once Prismari, the Inspiration hits the battlefield, every instant and sorcery gains storm.
