Deck overview

This deck is an explosive Izzet Dragon tribal list commanded by Sarkhan, Soul Aflame. The game plan combines efficient cost reduction with high-impact legendary and nonlegendary Dragons. Sarkhan provides reliable ramp in the command zone while copying any Dragon that enters the battlefield, effectively doubling enters-the-battlefield triggers, damage multiplication, and aerial threats. The deck accelerates through early mana rocks and cost reducers to deploy threats like Terror of the Peaks, Scourge of Valkas, and Bonehoard Dracosaur on Turn 4. On Turn 5, it establishes critical onset with doubled direct burn and hasty flying attacks, closing the game on Turn 6. In addition to overwhelming combat damage and burn combos with Wrathful Red Dragon and Blasphemous Act, the deck features a compact two-card infinite combo using Astral Dragon and Cursed Mirror to generate an infinite flying Dragon army for an immediate win.
