Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Captain N'ghathrod helm a Dimir horror tribal deck that floods every opponent's library while generating value from each mill you trigger. The primary plan is to beat with horrors that mill on combat, then use the commander's end-step ability to steal the best creatures and artifacts that get milled. Secondary lines turn toughness into mill with Phenax and Consuming Aberration, and the deck includes an infinite mill combo (Duskmantle Guildmage + Mindcrank) that can win on the spot from an empty board. Recursion and theft effects keep the engine going even when the board is wiped.
