Deck overview

This Sultai deck is commanded by Homer, the Hermit, a Crab Druid that turns every land entry into a burst of targeted mill equal to twice the number of ocean-themed kindred creatures you control. The game plan focuses on deploying early Crabs, Lobsters, Starfish, and Changelings alongside consistent land ramp to rapidly scale Homer's Landfall triggers. As libraries empty into graveyards, the deck pivots into explosive payoffs using Syr Konrad, the Grim and Bloodchief Ascension for massive life drain, or mass reanimation spells like Rise of the Dark Realms and Victimize to steal the best creatures at the table. Supported by recursive engines like Muldrotha, the Gravetide, Six, and Life from the Loam, the deck maintains steady card advantage and resiliency against removal while grinding down the entire pod.
