Deck overview

This deck is a four-color Polymorph midrange strategy commanded by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The entire creature suite in the 99 is composed of 18 high-cost, game-warping threats, with all early-game board presence supplied exclusively through noncreature token generators such as Skrelv's Hive, Dreadhorde Invasion, and Staff of the Storyteller. Supported by a dense suite of 2-CMC mana rocks, the deck consistently casts Jace on Turn 4 and activates his -3 ability to exile a token and flip directly into a massive creature like Archon of Cruelty, Serra's Emissary, or Archfiend of Despair. Secondary cheat enablers like Proteus Staff, Mass Polymorph, and Synthetic Destiny provide redundancy. Interactive spells focus on efficient single-target exile and sweepers such as Sunfall, while combat damage paired with attrition closes games on Turn 7.
