Deck overview

This deck is a classic Mono-Green Stompy strategy focused on accelerating mana, establishing high-power creatures, and deploying Ghalta, Primal Hunger for as little as two green mana. Early turns utilize efficient mana dorks like Llanowar Elves and Fanatic of Rhonas alongside undercosted beaters such as Steel Leaf Champion and Gigantosaurus. Once total board power reaches ten to twelve, Ghalta enters the battlefield as a massive 12/12 trampler as early as turn four. The deck refuels its hand using power-matters card draw engines like Garruk's Uprising, Elemental Bond, and Rishkar's Expertise. It closes out the game across two to three combat steps using trample overrun effects such as Overwhelming Stampede, Unnatural Growth, and Overrun. While vulnerable to mass board wipes and lacking stack-based interaction, the deck features high threat redundancy, explosive mana production, and rapid recovery by recasting large beaters to quickly discount Ghalta again.
