Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier is a spellslinger mana engine and drain. The primary plan is to cast Vivi early, then chain cheap instants and sorceries to grow her power, use her {0} ability for extra mana, and convert every noncreature spell into damage through Vivi, Fiery Inscription, Coruscation Mage, and Gandalf. Harmonic Prodigy and Veyran multiply those triggers. Secondary paths are the Niv-Mizzet Parun + Visionary draw-ping loop, Hullbreaker Horror + Mox Amber + Sol Ring into Walking Ballista, and storm finishes with Grapeshot or Prismari. The Emperor of Palamecia can transform into a graveyard-fueled attacker. The deck is fast but needs a few turns to assemble multipliers.
