Deck overview

This deck uses Imodane, the Pyrohammer to turn qualifying single-target creature damage into damage to every opponent. Its supporting cards are mostly red burn, sweepers, planeswalkers, impulse-draw effects, and expensive creatures. The core interaction is functional: Abrade, Chaos Warp, Slagstorm, Burn Down the House, and Return the Favor can answer several important permanent or spell types. However, the deck lacks tutors and dependable protection, so assembling Imodane, the Pyrohammer with a high-output burn spell is inconsistent. Its mana base supports normal land development, but most threats cost five or more mana. Small Imodane, the Pyrohammer triggers create pressure rather than a lethal clock. Large spells such as Worldfire offer dramatic ceiling lines, but they do not provide a reliable finish because the post-reset recovery is also difficult. The deck is therefore a casual-to-mid-power general build rather than a compact combo or competitive control deck.
