Deck overview

This is a Boros creature-value deck centered on The Jolly Balloon Man. The commander turns a creature already in play into a temporary hasty copy, which works well with Siege-Gang Commander, Evangel of Heliod, Myr Battlesphere, Inspiring Overseer, and other ETB creatures. Impact Tremors, Warleader's Call, Witty Roastmaster, and Molten Gatekeeper convert those entries into damage, while Mentor of the Meek, Welcoming Vampire, and Tocasia's Welcome provide additional cards. The deck ramps reasonably with rocks and mana creatures, but its curve is high and its best pieces are mostly singletons. It can produce strong midgame boards and respectable removal coverage, yet it lacks a compact win condition, stack interaction, and dependable access to enough damage for three players. Its normal game plan is value accumulation followed by combat and repeated ETB bursts rather than a fast combo or hard lock.
