Deck overview

This is a Selesnya life-gain and populate deck helmed by Trostani, Selesnya's Voice. The game plan is to generate an overwhelming board of creature tokens while gaining life off every creature that enters the battlefield. Trostani doubles as a life-gain engine (her ETB trigger) and a repeatable populate outlet, letting the deck quickly amass a wide army. Life-gain payoffs such as Archangel of Thune, Nykthos Paragon, and Voice of the Blessed convert that life into +1/+1 counters, while token producers like Storm Herd and Grand Crescendo capitalise on a high life total. The primary win conditions are an enormous token swarm with evasion, a massive Aetherflux Reservoir activation, or the Halo Fountain alternative win condition after untapping fifteen creatures. The deck is a fair, incremental value machine that pressures the table through combat inevitability rather than fast combos.
