Deck overview

This deck is a Dimir Faerie tribal tempo deck piloted by Tegwyll, Duke of Splendor. The primary strategy focuses on establishing early evasive presence with token engines like Bitterblossom and Bitterbloom Bearer, transitioning into Turn 4 commander deployment to buff the swarm and secure card draw off creature deaths. From Turn 5 onward, the deck operates heavily on opponents' turns using flash creatures such as Spellstutter Sprite and Nymris, Oona's Trickster, backed by an elite counterspell suite including Force of Will and Flare of Denial. The clock relies on incremental combat damage from buffed flyers alongside life drain from Obyra, Dreaming Duelist and Faerie Bladecrafter, closing games around Turn 9 while disrupting opposing win attempts.
