Deck overview

This mono-black deck leverages Ghoulcaller Gisa to convert high-power creatures into massive armies of 2/2 Zombie tokens. Accelerated by mana rocks, rituals, and cost reducers like Jet Medallion and Urza's Incubator, the deck reliably deploys Gisa on Turn 4 and activates her on Turn 5 using efficient fodder like Rotting Regisaur. The resulting token horde is amplified by classic Zombie lords such as Undead Warchief and Death Baron, or converted into table-wide life drain via Ayara, First of Locthwain, Zulaport Cutthroat, and Gray Merchant of Asphodel. Card flow engines like Undead Augur and Graveborn Muse keep the hand fully stocked as tokens enter and die. While the deck possesses immense grind potential, asymmetric board control via Grave Pact, and resilient graveyard reanimation, it remains reliant on untapping with Gisa and is vulnerable to early creature removal and exile sweepers.
