Jeskai Gandalf by Blayne159

Format: Commander

Commander: Gandalf, Party Guest

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Jeskai spellslinger deck helmed by Gandalf, Party Guest, built to leverage a dense core of legendary wizards to cheat out high-value instants and sorceries for free during combat. The primary game plan is to develop a board of legendary wizards, then use Gandalf's triggered ability to cast spells like Crackle with Power, Brain Freeze, or Thousand-Year Storm without paying their mana cost. The deck also packs several infinite combos-Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter with artifact mana, and Niv-Mizzet, Parun + Curiosity-that can win outright. A robust suite of instant-speed interaction and card draw keeps the engine running while threatening opponents with both combat damage and spell-based finishers.
