Beorn Bears by stonesnbubba

Format: Commander

Commander: Beorn the Fierce

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Beorn the Fierce is a mono-green Bear/landfall deck that wins through overwhelming combat damage. The primary plan is to develop an early mana dork or extra-land effect, cast Beorn, convert a utility creature into a Bear with his combat trigger, and draw two cards once three Bears exist. Landfall triggers from Dancing from Dark to Dawn, Sapling Nursery, and Beorn's Hospitality widen the board, while Ghalta, Genesis Wave, and trample threats close the game. The DFC Beorn, Reluctant Host // Till and Tend is support: its adventure ramps an extra land and its creature side is another Bear for the threshold. No infinite combo is present; the deck consistently wins through combat.
