Format: Commander

Commander: Derevi, Empyrial Tactician

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck executes an aggressive flying and Bird tribal combat strategy led by Derevi, Empyrial Tactician. The primary game plan develops evasive fliers early, uses cost reducers to deploy multiple threats, and generates combat damage triggers with Derevi to untap mana sources or lock down opposing blockers. Card draw engines like Coastal Piracy and Winged Portent refill your hand as your aerial army attacks each turn. You close out the game through wide combat damage boosted by anthem effects like Empyrean Eagle, Kangee, Sky Warden, and overrun bursts such as Return of the Wildspeaker or Rally of Wings.
