Deck overview

The deck uses dense fast mana and creature-based access to cast Etali, Primal Conqueror ahead of curve. Its enter-the-battlefield trigger is the central engine: each opponent contributes a top-of-library nonland spell, and Etali, Primal Conqueror can cast those spells for free. The deck then aims to transform the commander into Etali, Primal Sickness, using trample, indestructible, and poison damage as its combat plan. This creates large bursts of value and can produce a serious single-player threat, but it does not reliably eliminate a four-player table. Food Chain and Squee, the Immortal form a real infinite creature-mana loop, yet the available mana restriction and lack of a dependable unrestricted outlet prevent that loop from being a complete win. The deck has useful protection and interaction, but its setup and transformation remain vulnerable to exile, bounce, counters, and sacrifice effects. It is therefore a strong general-power deck with a high ceiling, not a cEDH construction.
