Final Mono Blue by user7644672

Format: Commander

Commander: Namor the Sub-Mariner

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Namor the Sub-Mariner turns every blue noncreature spell into Merfolk tokens and is the deck's primary engine and flying finisher. The deck is Merfolk tribal: it stacks anthem lords, draws through Kindred Discovery and Seafloor Oracle, and converts that draw into more tokens with Deeproot Waters and Emperor Mihail II (the closest thing to a hidden commander). The usual win is a wide unblockable swing after Deepchannel Mentor or a kicked Rite of Replication on a lord. There is no double-faced commander to choose between; Namor's face is the build-around.
