Deck overview

This deck is a high-variance, coin-flip-optimized Izzet build helmed by Yusri, Fortune's Flame. The primary game plan is to attack with Yusri, using Edgar, King of Figaro to guarantee all flips are won, drawing five cards and casting spells from hand for free. The deck is packed with coin-flip enablers and payoffs, including Chance Encounter as an alternate win condition, Laboratory Maniac / Thassa's Oracle for a self-mill victory, and The Locust God along with Psychosis Crawler for incremental advantage and drain. It can chain extra turns via Stitch in Time and Ral Zarek's ultimate, and overwhelm the board with Mirror March tokens. The strategy is explosive but highly dependent on assembling Edgar, King of Figaro and the commander in the same turn cycle.
