Deck overview

This mono-blue artifact deck uses Arcum Dagsson as a command-zone toolbox engine to cheat high-impact noncreature artifacts directly onto the battlefield. In the opening turns, the deck deploys cheap mana rocks, cost-reducing creatures like Etherium Sculptor, and disposable artifact creature fodder like Memnite and Thopter tokens generated by Sai, Master Thopterist. Once Arcum untaps on Turn 4, he sacrifices an artifact creature to cheat game-defining permanents into play, such as The One Ring for massive card velocity, Darksteel Forge for total artifact indestructibility, or Simulacrum Synthesizer to spawn massive Construct tokens. The deck closes the game by overwhelming opponents through combat damage, leveraging wide Construct armies, Kaldra Compleat, and Cyberdrive Awakener turning the entire artifact board into a lethal flying assault across Turns 5 to 7. While proactive denial is absent and Arcum is exposed during summoning sickness, the deck boasts immense redundancy, high mana velocity, and resilient backup lines through Urza, Lord High Artificer.
