Deck overview

This deck is an explosive mono-red stompy strategy commanded by Herigast, Erupting Nullkite, turning high-mana value discount creatures, temporary warp tokens, and stolen opposing threats into colossal Eldrazi titans through the emerge mechanic. The early game focuses on deploying fast artifact ramp, utility creatures with death triggers, and discount spells like Bygone Colossus and Oxidda Golem. On Turn 4, sacrificing high-mana value fodder casts Herigast for as little as two red mana, immediately refilling the hand with three fresh cards and granting emerge to all creature spells. Starting on Turn 5, the deck chains massive colorless threats such as Ulamog, the Defiler, Flayer of Loyalties, and Hideous Taskmaster, applying overwhelming combat pressure and annihilator triggers that systematically dismantle opposing boards. Secondary engines like Sneak Attack, Blood Moon, and Feldon of the Third Path provide potent non-commander paths to victory, giving the list resilient offensive velocity and punishing board control throughout the mid-game.
