Deck overview

This Jeskai deck focuses on aggressive Hero tribal synergies piloted by Captain America, Team Leader. The primary objective is to curve out with efficient Hero creatures that enter with immediate vigilance, haste, and +1/+1 counters via the commander's ability. This enables persistent pressure without sacrificing defensive positioning. As the board develops, mid-game force multipliers such as War Machine, Avenging Arsenal, Captain America, Wings of Freedom, and Captain Marvel, Apex Avenger capitalize on modified creatures to push massive combat swings. While the deck boasts high redundancy among aggressive threats, it relies heavily on permanent-based board presence and natural draws due to a lack of tutors and stax elements. Resilient play requires pacing creature deployment to avoid complete blowouts from mass removal spells.
