Cast, draw, cast, draw, cast, draw... by Geurimja

Format: Commander

Commander: Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain is a classic cheerios storm deck: play as many cheap or free historic artifacts as possible, let Jhoira turn each cast into a card, then loop those same artifacts back with Retract and Words of Wind to draw through the library. The primary finish is Thassa's Oracle with an empty or near-empty library; Vivi Ornitier and Urza, Lord High Artificer provide backup beats and a secondary engine. Urza acts as a hidden commander, turning tapped artifacts into blue mana and casting straight from the top. The deck is fast, low to the ground, and dense with interaction, but nearly every line depends on Jhoira surviving and on artifacts remaining online.
