Deck overview

This deck is an Azorius Lifegain Spellslinger strategy centered on Will, Scion of Peace. The primary engine converts repeatable life gain into massive generic mana discounts on white and blue spells. Early turns focus on deploying low-cost lifegain permanents like Serra Ascendant, Cleric Class, and Archivist of Oghma, alongside mana rocks to establish colored fixing. Once Will loses summoning sickness on Turn 4, the deck taps into explosive mana velocity. This discount fuels massive card advantage spells such as Finale of Revelation and transitions directly into decisive win conditions on Turn 5. The primary finish deploys game-ending token armies from Storm Herd or Finale of Glory, or executes a swift Approach of the Second Sun line. A versatile interaction suite and split-second protection from Samut, Tyrant of Naktamun safeguard the closing turns against opposing disruption.
