Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Rakdos infect-burn archetype commanded by Ingris Stingerquill. Ingris triggers whenever a creature attacks, causing that specific creature to deal 1 damage to each opponent. Because the damage source is the attacking creature itself, attacking with infect creatures deals noncombat damage in the form of poison counters directly to all three opponents simultaneously, entirely bypassing blockers and combat damage steps. Supported by more than twenty low-cost infect and toxic creatures, the deck establishes an early board, casts Ingris on curve, and begins distributing table-wide poison counters on Turn 4. Noncombat damage amplifiers such as Hawkeye, Young Avenger and Tomik, Izzet Sparkmage dramatically accelerate poison accumulation, while Chandra's Incinerator translates attack triggers into one-sided board wipes. Proliferate spells and extra combat steps from Full Throttle quickly push opponents to ten poison counters, closing games by Turn 7 with redirection spells protecting key pieces.
