Deck overview

This Jeskai artifact deck centers on counter manipulation, proliferate triggers, and taking infinite turns. Its primary win condition uses Magistrate's Scepter alongside charge counter engines like Coretapper, Moxite Refinery, Resourceful Defense, and proliferate triggers from cards like Kilo, Apogee Mind and Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus. Secondary plans leverage All Will Be One burn, Darksteel Reactor counters, or Mindslaver locks. The commander, Inspirit, Flagship Vessel, acts as a resilient utility piece, providing reliable early charge counters and eventually protecting the entire artifact board with hexproof and indestructible. The deck relies on robust artifact tutors and recursion engines like Emry, Lurker of the Loch to assemble its loop reliably.
