Deck overview

This Sultai deck leverages Muldrotha, the Gravetide to turn the graveyard into a powerful second hand. In the early turns, it establishes efficient mana acceleration through green ramp sorceries and artifact mana while stocking the graveyard with low-cost self-mill permanents like Hedron Crab and Stitcher's Supplier. Once Muldrotha resolves on Turn 4 or 5, the deck generates compounding card and board advantage by replaying lands and casting utility permanents from the graveyard every turn. It controls the table by looping sacrificial removal pieces such as Haywire Mite, Seal of Primordium, and Gaius van Baelsar. To close out the game, the deck combines mass mill and graveyard triggers from Syr Konrad, the Grim with large evasive beaters like Diamond Weapon, Sin, Spira's Punishment, and token swarms given flying by Wonder. Even without its commander, backup recursion engines like Six and Hades, Sorcerer of Eld ensure resilient midgame execution.
