Deck overview

This deck is an explosive Izzet spellslinger storm deck commanded by Tellah, Great Sage. Tellah serves as both a token generator and a high-volume card engine, creating 1/1 Hero creature tokens on noncreature casts and drawing two cards whenever four or more mana is spent on a spell. The deck accelerates through early turns using efficient mana rocks and high-yield rituals like Battle Hymn, Jeska's Will, and Mana Geyser. Once Tellah is established, chaining copy spells, draw spells, and cantrips generates massive mana and digs deep into the library. The game ends decisively with large non-combat burn spells such as Crackle with Power or Molten Disaster, dealing lethal damage to all three opponents in a single turn. Backed by free counterspells and phase-out protection, the deck reliably shields its winning turn while interacting cleanly against opposing threats.
