Commander: Minn, Wily Illusionist

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Minn, Wily Illusionist helms a mono-blue draw-and-cheat engine that turns multiple draws per turn into a swarm of growing Illusion tokens, then sacrifices those tokens to drop high-cost permanents directly onto the battlefield. The deck layers symmetrical draw effects (Howling Mine, Dictate of Kruphix) with premium engines (Mystic Remora, Faerie Mastermind, The Unagi of Kyoshi Island) to trigger Minn's token generation and feed payoffs like Psychosis Crawler lifedrain, Toothy, Imaginary Friend counter-growing, and Junk Winder lockdown. Winning comes through token beats, commander damage from pumped Illusions, or draining the table while Teferi's Ageless Insight doubles every draw. The commander is the key enabler-without her the cheat-into-play line vanishes-but the draw engine itself churns along regardless.
