It's Mean and It's Green by user6149451

Format: Commander

Commander: Ghalta, Primal Hunger

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This mono-green deck aims to deploy Ghalta, Primal Hunger at a steep discount by building a board of high-power creatures. The primary plan is ramping into powerful dinosaurs and elementals that reduce Ghalta's cost, then crushing opponents with trample damage from Ghalta and its massive backup. Secondary strategies include using Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant to flood the board or Apex Devastator to cascade into free creatures. Card draw engines like Guardian Project and Elemental Bond keep the hand full, while protection spells like Heroic Intervention and Stone hooves defense ensure combat damage gets through. The deck has no combos and relies on raw timeliness of creature stomping.
