Custom - Counter Spell Faerie - Alela, Cunning Conqueror by TheLucidRealm

Format: Commander

Commander: Alela, Cunning Conqueror

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Alela, Cunning Conqueror leads a flash-tempo Faerie deck that punishes opponents for taking turns. The deck's engine is casting one spell on each opponent's turn, which creates Faerie tokens, draws cards with Wavebreak Hippocamp, and drains with Slitherwisp. Solid removal and counters protect the board while the pilot assembles a wide flying army. Oona, Queen of the Fae acts as a mana sink and an alternate finish, but the deck is not built around her; the true centerpiece is the combination of Alela, cheap flash interactions, and anthem effects. A Hullbreaker Horror and Sol Ring combo offers an efficient alternate kill if assembled.
