Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Izzet spellslinger and combat clone strategy commanded by Muddle, the Ever-Changing. The deck accelerates mana with low-cost rocks and Treasure producers like Storm-Kiln Artist, while smoothing draws with efficient cantrips such as Ponder and Preordain. Once Muddle and an impactful nonlegendary creature like Terror of the Peaks, Port Razer, or Bloodthirster enter the battlefield, casting any 1-mana instant or sorcery transforms Muddle into a copy with myriad. When Muddle attacks, it generates temporary token copies aimed at each opponent, triggering explosive enters-the-battlefield burn damage, massive combat swings, or additional combat phases. Backup win conditions include independent clone engines like Rionya, Fire Dancer and the compact two-card infinite combo of Dualcaster Mage and Twinflame. Supported by cheap countermagic and targeted removal, the deck efficiently navigates table interaction to deliver decisive multi-player combat finishes.
