Deck overview

This mono-green deck uses Omnath, Locus of Mana as a persistent mana battery to accelerate into overwhelming threats. The early turns establish efficient mana acceleration and deathtouch blockers to keep opponents at bay. Once Omnath enters, excess mana carries over across turns, rapidly turning the commander into a lethal combat threat while fueling massive Hydra spells and game-ending enchantments like Unnatural Growth. Card draw engines reward high creature power, replenishing your hand as threats enter the battlefield. While the deck boasts immense mana production and resilient beaters, it relies purely on combat damage over sequential turns to close out games. It lacks dedicated search effects, making it dependent on natural card flow to find protection spells and evasion. The defensive suite of deathtouch Snakes safeguards your life total against ground attacks while you build an unstoppable mana pool.
