Format: Commander

Commander: Locke, Treasure Hunter

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Locke, Treasure Hunter leads a Rakdos token-economy deck that uses combat-triggered milling, Treasure generation, and cast-from-exile synergies to bury opponents in artifact value. Prosper, Tome-Bound acts as hidden commander, providing repeatable exile draw and Treasure on every cast from exile. The primary plan is to accumulate Treasures and artifact tokens through engines like Dockside Extortionist, Goldspan Dragon, Xorn, and Academy Manufactor, then convert them into mass life loss via Reckless Fireweaver, Mayhem Devil, and Exsanguinate. Secondary lines include Revel in Riches and repeated pirate combat. Locke is a value enabler rather than a kill condition; he provides early mana and card access, while Prosper-oriented engines carry the deck.
