Commander: Kami of the Crescent Moon

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Kami of the Crescent Moon is a blue card-advantage shell that weaponizes the universal draw trigger. The primary plan is to balloon the hand with Kami, Rhystic Study, and Consecrated Sphinx, then win with Triskaidekaphile by ending a turn with exactly thirteen cards. Laboratory Maniac is the fallback win, paired with Sphinx triggers and big draw spells, while Propaganda, Meekstone, Meishin, and a dense counter suite delay opposition. The deck does not rely on fast mana or infinite combos; it slowly converts card draw into a deterministic hand-size lock. Its success depends on protecting the fragile win creatures and timing optional Consecrated Sphinx draws so the exact hand size is reached at the right moment.
