Liesa the Enchantress of the Fort by user5335495

Format: Commander

Commander: Liesa, Shroud of Dusk

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Liesa, Shroud of Dusk commands an Orzhov lifegain and taxation deck designed to drain opponents while insulating your own life total behind heavy pillowfort enchantments. Liesa taxes every spell cast by any player while circumventing the traditional commander tax using life payments. The primary game plan establishes defensive pieces like Ghostly Prison and Sphere of Safety alongside passive drain engines like Kambal, Consul of Allocation and Polluted Bonds. The deck seals victory through deterministic two-card combos, notably Exquisite Blood paired with Sanguine Bond, Defiant Bloodlord, or Aetherflux Reservoir, as well as Bloodchief Ascension coupled with Mindcrank, or alternate win conditions like Felidar Sovereign.
