Deck overview

This Selesnya midrange deck commands Aerith, Last Ancient to transform traditional lifegain incrementalism into persistent graveyard recursion and crushing board presence. The deck curves efficient 1-drop lifegain triggers like Soul Warden and Essence Warden into value engines like The Great Henge and The One Ring. Once Aerith enters, hitting the 7-life threshold recurs key threats directly to the battlefield on every end step without mana expenditure. The endgame transitions rapidly from passive health-buffering into lethal combat pressure via Archangel of Thune, Nykthos Paragon, and Blossoming Bogbeast, with Aetherflux Reservoir providing direct laser elimination. A suite of efficient instant-speed phase and invulnerability effects defends against opposing board wipes.
