Deck overview

This Selesnya midrange deck leverages Sigarda, Font of Blessings to execute an aggressive, resilient Angel and Human tribal game plan. In the early game, cheap mana dorks and tribal cost reducers such as Giada, Font of Hope and Urza's Incubator accelerate mana development. Deploying Sigarda on turn 4 unlocks topdeck casting velocity and blankets the rest of the board in hexproof. By turn 5, the deck establishes critical pressure using scaling lifegain buffs like Righteous Valkyrie and Archangel of Thune or burst finishers like Akroma's Will. Asymmetric disruption pieces like Aura Shards, Linvala, Keeper of Silence, and Angel of Jubilation suppress opposing engines, while a premier defensive suite featuring Teferi's Protection, Heroic Intervention, and Flawless Maneuver shields the board against sweepers. The deck steadily overruns opponents in the air over two combat cycles, combining high card flow, robust protection, and heavy flying combat damage.
