Deck overview

This is a low-to-the-ground Orzhov midrange value deck helmed by Lurrus of the Dream-Den. The plan leverages a dense suite of mana-value-2-or-less permanents, lifegain triggers, cheap Equipment/Auras, and graveyard recursion to grind out multiplayer games through combat. Lurrus of the Dream-Den provides a once-per-turn free cast of a cheap permanent from the graveyard, turning every trade and sacrifice into reusable advantage. Primary wins come from growing threats (Light of Promise, Cleric Class, Twinblade Paladin, Exemplar of Light) and suited attackers, with Vorpal Sword as a late alternate finisher. Secondary axes include extort/lifegain drain (Blind Obedience, Authority of the Consuls), token pressure from Monastery Mentor, and sticky recursion via Athreos, God of Passage. There are no infinite combo lines; the deck wins by attrition and combat inevitability.
