Deck overview

This mono-red burn deck is commanded by Imodane, the Pyrohammer, turning targeted creature burn into devastating symmetrical table-wide damage. The strategy deploys cheap pingers such as Thermo-Alchemist and Guttersnipe before casting Imodane on turn 4. Once assembled, single-target damage spells like Lightning Strike, Jaya's Firenado, and Light of Judgment clear opposing blockers while burning all opponents simultaneously. The deck supplements this burn plan with aggressive creatures and damage doublers like Angrath's Marauders. However, the deck faces typical mono-red limitations: card draw relies heavily on rummaging effects like Cathartic Reunion, and protection is sparse outside of Bolt Bend. Removing Imodane severely slows the clock, requiring the deck to lean on secondary pingers and combat to cross the finish line.
