Nekusar, the Mindrazer is the deck's engine and win condition: he forces every opponent to draw extra cards and turns those draws into damage. The primary plan is to resolve Nekusar, add a draw-punishment amplifier, then fire a wheel such as Windfall or Echo of Eons. Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph acts as a hidden second commander, converting Nekusar's 1-damage pings into lethal 3-damage bursts. A secondary Bloodchief Ascension + Mindcrank loop mills the table. The build accepts light interaction and a tapped-heavy mana base in exchange for redundant draw-based combo assembly.
