Vivi Ornitier commands an explosive Izzet artifact storm deck that converts noncreature spell velocity into direct table-wide burn, card draw, and large mana production. The deck's primary plan revolves around resolving Vivi, attaching a Curiosity or Ophidian Eye effect, and casting zero-mana artifacts, rituals, and bounce spells. Because Vivi deals one damage to each opponent whenever a noncreature spell is cast, each cheap artifact draws three fresh cards, fueling an unbroken chain through the library. Vivi's zero-cost mana activation scales with its growing power, producing abundant colored mana to sustain the turn. Alternate win conditions include Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal, Aetherflux Reservoir, Grapeshot, and Brain Freeze. Supported by dense low-cost countermagic and protection pieces like Spellskite and Hexing Squelcher, the deck can reliably execute a same-turn kill once the engine starts.
