Deck overview

Roxanne, Starfall Savant commands a dynamic Gruul midrange engine that synergizes artifact token creation with explosive mana velocity and heavy combat pressure. By creating Meteorite tokens on entrance and attack, Roxanne applies targeted removal while accelerating your mana, as her passive ability doubles the mana produced by tapping any artifact token. The deck leverages this surplus mana to deploy massive dragons, extra-combat threats like Combat Celebrant and Hellkite Charger, and multi-trigger engines such as Wulfgar of Icewind Dale and Panharmonicon. In addition to crushing combat swings, the list utilizes artifact entry burn from Reckless Fireweaver and Ingenious Artillerist alongside a lethal Crackle with Power to burn the entire table simultaneously. Supported by a robust suite of one-mana protection spells like Tamiyo's Safekeeping and Veil of Summer, the deck consistently establishes an overwhelming, resilient board state by Turn 5 and closes the game across subsequent turns.
