Deck overview

This is a five-color Gods value deck helmed by Child of Alara, leveraging Theros gods, indestructible threats, and sacrifice outlets. The primary plan develops a board of devotion-enabling Gods and utility creatures, then either locks the table under attrition engines (Mogis, God of Slaughter, Bontu the Glorified, Athreos, God of Passage) or assembles infinite-mana loops with Staff of Domination and high-output dorks. Child of Alara functions as a recastable one-sided sweeper: when it dies, the wipe clears opponents while indestructible permanents (Avacyn, Angel of Hope, the Gods themselves) remain. Secondary paths include The World Tree dumping the God suite, Ruinous Ultimatum, and raw combat with annihilator and indestructible beaters.
