Commander: Myrkul, Lord of Bones

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Myrkul, Lord of Bones is the engine of this Abzan enchantress deck; there is no double-faced or hidden commander. The plan is to ramp into Myrkul, then sacrifice or trade away nontoken creatures so they become enchantment tokens, feeding a constellation engine of draws, life loss, lifegain, and Pegasus tokens. A secondary package threatens an infinite-green mana engine via Devoted Druid once Myrkul makes it an enchantment, plus a soft-lock with Cinderhaze Wretch and Barrenton Medic that strips hands and prevents damage. The deck lacks a clean one-turn kill; it closes through Grim Guardian/Underworld Coinsmith drain, Kambal/Blood Artist triggers, and flying Pegasus attacks supported by Exalted Sunborn.
