Format: Commander

Commander: Sephiroth, Fallen Hero

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Boros equipment and modified-creature deck leverages Sephiroth, Fallen Hero to turn any equipped or counter-laden creature into a 7/5 threat. The early game focuses on deploying low-cost equipment alongside value engines to draw cards and establish board presence. In the midgame, Sephiroth hits the battlefield, distributing cell counters to modify creatures while buffing the entire squad's base stats on attacks. The primary path to victory is pushing overwhelming combat damage through double strike, extra combats via Aurelia, the Warleader, or commander damage. An alternate win condition exists through Hellkite Tyrant stealing opposing artifacts to secure an upkeep victory.
