Deck overview

This deck is a four-color control deck built around Jace, Multiverse Architect. Its game plan focuses on utilizing early Signets and Talismans to establish reliable 4-color mana fixing and cheap permanent fodder. Once Jace enters the battlefield, his −3 loyalty ability acts as a repeatable polymorph engine, exiling low-cost tokens or utility permanents to cheat out massive game-ending threats such as Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant, Archon of Cruelty, or Serra's Emissary. The deck reinforces this core strategy with dedicated Jace token support cards that generate loyalty and tokens, such as Jace's Machinations and Way of the Mind Sculptor. Because the creature pool contains utility creatures alongside towering threats, the deck controls the board with sweepers like White Sun's Twilight and spot removal while grinding out victory through flying beaters and asymmetric life drain.
