Deck overview

This is a Simic Elf-tribal value deck helmed by Galadriel, Elven-Queen, built around a critical mass of Elves that trigger her combat vote each turn for card draw, Ring tempts, and +1/+1 counters. The deck layers a heavy ramp package (six mana dorks plus land-ramp spells) under a wide token-generating board, then closes through combat with pump effects like Overwhelming Stampede and Haldir, Lorien Lieutenant, or a massive Genesis Wave. A distinctive voting subtheme - Cirdan the Shipwright, Erestor of the Council, Plea for Power, Sail into the West, Trap the Trespassers - provides card advantage, table politics, and occasional extra turns. There are no infinite combos; the plan is incremental board development into a single overwhelming swing.
