Vivi Ornitier by Tapion1981

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier is an Izzet storm battery. The primary plan is to cast noncreature spells to grow Vivi, use her {0} ability as a burst of colored mana, then resolve Bonus Round + Narset's Reversal + Storm-Kiln Artist to generate infinite Treasures and finish with Grapeshot. Secondary paths win through Aetherflux Reservoir life gain, Vivi's own pings, or Underworld Breach/Past in Flames recursion. Vivi's role is mana acceleration, a one-sided ping clock, and the key wizard that Veyran and Harmonic Prodigy can multiply. The hidden commander in the 99 is Veyran, Voice of Duality, which doubles every relevant magecraft trigger and makes each copied spell accelerate the kill.
